Thriving Through Change and Challenge Program

An engaging program that provides an understanding of resilience (based on our Resilience Model) and its importance as a foundation for responding to change. Participants come away highly motivated to apply practical skills as well as an ability to recognise and promote resilience in themselves and others.

Leadership Program

This program is an investment in an organisation's leaders, future leaders and/or executive team, providing an opportunity to build an organisational culture that thrives from the top-down. Held over 3 to 6 days, leaders explore and reflect on key areas across a foundation of resilience competencies at the personal, interpersonal and leadership levels.

Resilient Educator’s Program

An open program for educators to develop skills for improving resilience, wellbeing and sustainable high performance in a school environment. This program is targeted at educators at any stage of their profession – from support staff, early career or experienced teachers through to principals.

Resilient Women’s Program

A supportive and inspiring program designed to challenge and inspire women to align body, heart, mind and spirit in the pursuit of personal and professional wellbeing. This program allows women to connect and share with other women while learning evidence-based, practical tools for resilience and sustainable levels of high performance.

Trust in Action 360 Program

This program offers valuable insight into the level of trust in your organisation by measuring the impact of personal and organisational issues on trust. Data-driven results and insights provide strategies to develop trust and improve culture at an individual, team and organisational level.

Mastery in Action: Performance Mindset

This 2-Day Learning Lab is an interactive, engaging and practical deep dive into the science of thriving. This program also facilitates discussion around personal leadership and how this can directly benefit an organisation’s resilience and performance.

Individual and Group Coaching

Tailored, confidential and expert guidance on resilience, leadership and high performance.

Springfox coaching is designed to strengthen individual or group performance in both personal and professional contexts. Coaching can be offered as part of a blended learning program or as a standalone solution. Our skilled coaches work with participants to generate personal, evidence-based practices that build and sustain performance, leadership, and overall wellbeing. In ongoing sessions, participants are supported and encouraged to take accountability and maintain momentum.
